|Recommended: YesA beautiful place to live — This is a beautiful property on the banks of Brandywine Creek with walking access to two beloved city parks. The first year had a few bumps, as is expected with new construction ,and they were dealt with swiftly and professionally. The Property Staff are exceptional in their communication and support for residents. I highly recommend living at The Falls.

|Recommended: YesIt’s the people that make the place — It’s the people that make the place From the front office property staff to most of our neighbors, it’s great to be surrounded by genuinely nice and considerate people. I can’t say enough about the energy and professionalism of the property staff. The community consists of a mix of retirees and corporate professionals, many of whom are pet owners. Pets are welcome and adored here and treated like members of The Falls family. It’s peaceful and quiet and if you are lucky enough to get a unit facing the Brandywine and Alapocas State Park, you will be entertained by birds dancing and the soothing sound of the falls all day long. The one thing I would comment on is the upkeep of the greenery which could be better maintained, given it is advertised as a luxury community. Amenities are likewise still being built, with delays attributed to the scarcity of materials due to COVID. Without amenities, I think the fair thing to do would have been to give a rental reduction of sorts, even a nominal amount would have been appreciated as a gesture of goodwill. All that notwithstanding, this property is among the best to stay in Delaware. IF THIS REVIEW IS PUBLISHED IN WHOLE OR IN PART, PLEASE DO NOT SHARE MY NAME.

|Recommended: YesA home I don't need a vacation from — Living at The Falls is like living in a life I don't need a vacation from. Not just an apartment, this is a home. Well done to everyone involved. My favorite details are the windows and doors, cabinet hardware, marble tiled backsplash and lighting selections. Cheers
